1. Subscription Charges:

  • The IslamicStock™ Subscription may involve subscription charges based on the features and services provided.
  • Subscription charges are clearly communicated to users before they opt for any subscription plan.

2. Refund Eligibility & Process (Android):

For subscriptions purchased directly on our Android platforms, the following applies:

  • Refund requests will only be entertained under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Unauthorised transactions.
    • Technical issues or service unavailability that prevents you from accessing the subscribed features.
    • Dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided.
  • Refund requests must be made within 20 Days of the transaction date.
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at

  • The refund will be credited within 7 working days to the bank account after it is processed.

3. Refund Eligibility & Process (iOS / Apple App Store Purchases):

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store on an iOS device, all payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly for iOS transactions.

  • Some purchases from the App Store may be eligible for a refund directly through Apple. 
  • To request a refund from Apple:
    1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. 
    2. Tap or click “I’d like to”, then choose “Request a refund”. 
    3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. 
    4. Choose the app or subscription, then choose Submit. 
  • If your request is approved by Apple, it may take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method. 

4. Changes to Refund Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
